Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Agreement

These terms cover your use of ClipSnipe at clipsnipe.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use ClipSnipe.

The service

ClipSnipe monitors public live streams on Twitch and Kick, detects standout moments, turns them into clips, and lets you send those clips to the accounts you connect, such as Discord, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook Pages. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use every platform you connect.
  • Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Some features are limited to invited or approved users.

Connected accounts and posting

  • When you connect a Kick, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook account you authorize ClipSnipe to act on that account only in the ways shown when you connect it. You can disconnect at any time.
  • ClipSnipe posts only when you ask it to: you choose the account, the clip, the caption and settings (such as who can view it), and when it goes out. Instagram accounts must be professional (Business or Creator) accounts, and on Facebook we post only to Pages you manage, never to personal profiles.
  • You are responsible for everything you post through ClipSnipe. You must have the right to post it, and you must describe it accurately, including any commercial content or paid partnership disclosure the platform requires.
  • Your use of each platform stays subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, including TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation, the Instagram Terms of Use, and Meta’s Terms of Service and Pages, Groups and Events Policies.
  • ClipSnipe uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Do not use ClipSnipe to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, harass anyone, post spam, or get around the rules of the platforms it connects to. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or resell access without our permission.

Content

Clips are made from publicly broadcast streams. The original broadcasters and platforms keep their rights in that content. You keep any rights you have in the captions and edits you add. You give ClipSnipe permission to store and process that content as needed to run the service for you.

Copyright complaints

If you believe a clip made or posted through ClipSnipe infringes your copyright, email privacy@clipsnipe.com with: the work you own, where the clip appears (a link, or the channel and time), your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We remove or disable access to the clip in ClipSnipe promptly after a valid request and may close the accounts of repeat infringers. Clips already published to another platform, such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, must also be reported to that platform.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using ClipSnipe at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

Disclaimers

ClipSnipe is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, that every moment will be detected, or that a scheduled post will be accepted or published by a third-party platform. To the extent the law allows, ClipSnipe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use ClipSnipe after a change means you accept the new terms.
